Improving my wavesailing

                         I can’t remember when is the last time I’ve been so fit, cardio training with SUP surfing, weight lifting labouring, streching at yoga, 3 meals a day, long nights sleeps, not too many parties… I feel good and healthy, and that makes a HUGE diference when I’m sailing/surfing

+ I’ve got really good gear

= I’m getting better and better session after session !
